The NSW Government have in a strategic alliance with Austrade commissioned Competitve Edge to develop a Interactive Export Toolkit for Export Service Marketing.
This project will be completed in time for launch in February 2008.
Creation of a service driven toolkit for Austrade
- Support emerging and existing service exporters who want to increase their success by productising exports.
- The tool kit will be online and supported by Service Marketing notes and hints
AGGA- Australian Glass and Glazing Association.

Completing an Integrated communication platform combined with an online directory, online accreditation exams & industry knowledge base.

E-CHANGE
Competitive Edge has successfully completed the eChange workshops at 19 different locations throughout Victoria. Competitive Edge has also developed a workbook that could be used by SME organisations to guide their development of online and Internet Marketing/ E-Commerce development. This booklet was distributed and used as part of the echange program outlined above.

BUSINESS PLANS & DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Competitive Edge continues to offer organisations nationally experience and a creative approach to commercialisation of products, in addition to individual business development, continuous innovation and structural change for future succession and management success.
Many of these programs are subsidised by State Government programs, which Competitive Edge applies for on a "success fee" basis. These programs result in the improved capability and capacity of management through ongoing dialogue with the consultant, as well as contributing to pragmatic planning and successful business outcomes supported by government subsidies.
OCTOBER 2007 Cannadian Visit
Principal David Higginbottom recently visited Vancouver and met with their Small Business Office and Business providers regarding small business practices and success strategies for improving domestic and export markets.
